Cordless riveter for steel and stainless steel threaded inserts up to M10. The BTR170 allows you to install the threaded inserts easily even on combined metal / plastic applications. Its rapid traction force adjustment means that it is also possible to fasten the same insert twice without damaging it or to apply the same inserts on different thicknesses without having to change the settings. The insert can be tightened or the tie-rod unscrewed by simply pressing one trigger. The latest generation lithium-ion batteries can carry out up to 800 work cycles with M6 inserts and 650 cycles with M8 inserts with a maximum speed of 24 applications per minute. The display features a 6-language menu and allows you to view the battery charge level, the force applied in Kn, the piece counter function, the temperature and information regarding scheduled maintenance. The machine is supplied with a standard traction drive unit that can be used with series M3 to M8 inserts. Size M10 inserts require a reinforced traction drive unit code F843500 to be ordered separately.
