PASTE TAPPING COMPOUND

ITEM TAPPING COMPOUNDThis Molecular Tapping Compound paste is a product for heavy machining such as tapping, broaching and so forth. It is excellent for steel, brass, cast iron, copper, stainless steel, aluminum and alloys and exotic metals (e.g. titanium, inconel, monel). When the cutting operation starts, friction is greatly reduced with a little brush stroke of this paste on the tool tip thanks to its adhesion property; cutting is softer and easier, with better finishing and longer tool life. The Molecular Tapping Compound paste is tested for drilling, milling, turning, boring, broaching, shaving and shearing operations. The Molecular Tapping Compound paste contains a large amount of chlorinated wax which provides long-term duration on critical surfaces. Further advantages are that it does not evaporate and is neither toxic nor hazardous to the users' health.
