LANDOIL AFM oily mist aspirator

Aspirator based on an inertial and mechanical system capable of eliminating oil mist, fumes and vapours generated by mechanical processes using neat oils. It features an innovative system designed to achieve an effective and ultra high abatement of pollutants directly at the source, with the positioning of the electric fan downstream in relation to the filter battery. This feature allows quick and easy replacement, maintenance and periodic inspection directly from the filter compartment door. Decanting and filtration is performed through the stilling chamber, the prefilters, the high efficiency cartridge H12, the two absolute filters H13, so as to obtain a filtration rate of 99.99%. Supply voltage 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase.

01: Oil mists, fumes and vapours are suctioned via an inertial impact oil separator which separates them from large size residues

02: The fumes pass through the synthetic pre-filter

03: As they rise, they pass through a cartridge coated with a special fabric specially created to block the oily particles generated by the machine tool

04: The fumes are further filtered by the presence of one or two high efficiency absolute filters

05: The fumes, now 99.99% filtered, continue to rise to the engine housing before being released back into the environment

: Up to 99.99% fumes, smoke and vapour removal (EN 779 - EN 1822 HEPA standard)
