Suitable for use when lubrication with oil or grease is not desired or possible. It can be used on all types of metal, plastic, ceramic and wood. 571 can also be used as a separating film in resin casting plants. The contact surfaces must be clean and grease-free. Silicone grease OKS 1110 The 1110 silicone grease is a multipurpose, physiologically safe product. It is a silicone lubricant and sealant for valves. It can be used to lubricate shut-off valves and pressure control; facets, pressure swithces, thermostats. It is a sealant for vacuum and pressure systems, does not dry out, does not solidify and does not drip in a wide thermal range. It can also be used to seal open air equipment, ships, parts subject to washing or exposed to aggressive environments, such as meters and electrical connectors; has excellent adhesive properties on all materials and can be used as a coating against aggressive chemicals and lubricants for gaskets, seals and O-rs in rubber and plastic. Silicone release agents OKS 1361 1631 is an effective parting agent and lubricant with anti-static properties. It is chemically neutral and solvent-free release agent used in plastic injection moulding or elastomer extrusion processes. 1361 creates a sliding film for joining materials such as plastic/plastic and plastic/metal, for example to make it easier to insert rubber profiles. It can be used as a mould release agent and for temperatures of up to +200°C. It provides excellent lubrication for threads on closures for pressurized steel oxygen cylinders at temperatures up to a maximum of 60°C and pressures of up to 15 bar.

Thanks to its formulation it evaporates quickly without leaving residues and has the ability to protect the material from accidental contact with corrosive agents thanks to the VCI additives contained inside. 2611 has the ability to degrease all surfaces even those with high friction value such as brakes and clutches, surfaces where paint and adhesives are to be applied. The product has the ability to remove oil and grease residues, silicon brake fluids, bonding and sealing materials. The product has no rapid cooling, so no condensation on the surface is also free of chlorinated hydrocarbons and is free of petrol vapours.
