Silicone Defoamer LANDOIL DEFOAMER TK-100

DEFOAMER TK-100 is a siloxane-modified defoamer designed primarily for use in a wide variety of metalworking emulsions with a long-lasting defoaming effect.
The properties and performance of an antifoam agent are highly dependent on the specific formulation in which it is used and, therefore, should always be tested (possibly at different treatment levels, temperatures and/or time intervals) prior to use.
An initial dosage level of 0.01 to 0.50 per cent of the emulsion volume in the tank is recommended.
Always stir before use as the product tends to separate slightly.
Stir the product and repeat the quality test one year after the date of manufacture.
Defoamer-TK-100 is washable according to typical industrial washing and rinsing procedures, so that the subsequent paintwork, after washing, is free of defects.
