High performance greases for the food industry OKS 480

The special 480 grease is a fully synthetic calcium sulphonate complex, for high loads and pressures. The 480 grease has been designed and formulated to meet the safety requirements of the food industry and is NSF H1 certified. This product is suitable for lubricating rolling and anti-friction bearings, even at high temperatures. It is also suitable for lubricating bearings in contact with detergents or disinfectants. The OKS 480 has a wide range of application: food and beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry, animal feed industry, packaging industry and metalworking industry. In addition to its NSF H1 certification, 480 has a high cutting stability (which prevents thinning of the grease in case of extreme mechanical loads such as during vibration), provides excellent wear protection and has excellent high pressure properties.
