Features: - Brake operated by cap springs, wear resistant - Arm joint rotating on high quality ball bearings - Finishing coat with anti-rust, two coats of water-soluble paint, not suitable for external or particularly humid environments - The palletized base is an Iron structure which has to be filled with cement by the user
