Carbide flat-parallel blocks ALPA FA110

Tungsten carbide gauge blocks are extremely accurate, stable and have excellent wringing characteristics. Each gauge is manufactured from carefully selected materials having a hardness of approximately 1500 HV for unlimited durability. The OPUS finish guarantees excellent wringing characteristics and a high resistance to wear, avoiding to keep lubricating the gauges before using them. OPUS tungsten carbide gauge blocks are rigorously checked for flatness of their measuring surfaces using a laser flatness interferometer. Each gauge is then calibrated in OPUS UKAS accredited laboratory. Gauges can be supplied in sets or as individual sizes. Special sizes up to 100 mm (4 inches) in length can also be supplied upon request.
