It is applied on saws to cool the blade and allow dry cutting on both metals and various types of plastic. This cooler also finds a valid application on vertical band sawing machines for metals, wood, plastic, on disc sawing machines for cutting the sprue of aluminum molded parts and in all material cutting applications where it is not recommended or impossible to use coolants.

The jets and the hot or cold air temperatures are adjustable by means of a valve that allows control. It is light, compact and economical and operates easily. It is made of corrosion resistant materials. The support is made of plastic material (nylon 6.6) which allows it to be installed using a dedicated, adaptable bracket. It does not use electricity or chemicals, it does not generate sparks or interference. Reduces pollution and increases tool processing speed by extending its service life.
