571 guarantees a dry coating with P.T.F.E., colourless, clean, with anti-adhesion properties at high pressure and slow speed. Suitable for use when lubrication with oil or grease is not desired or possible. It can be used on all types of metal, plastic, ceramic and wood. 571 can also be used as a separating film in resin casting plants. The contact surfaces must be clean and grease-free. Applied in the same way as paint. Optimum coating thickness: approx. 10 microns. Dries in 5 to 8 minutes at +20°C.

Silicone grease OKS 1110
The 1110 silicone grease is a multipurpose, physiologically safe product. It is a silicone lubricant and sealant for valves. It can be used to lubricate shut-off valves and pressure control; facets, pressure swithces, thermostats. It is a sealant for vacuum and pressure systems, does not dry out, does not solidify and does not drip in a wide thermal range.
It can also be used to seal open air equipment, ships, parts subject to washing or exposed to aggressive environments, such as meters and electrical connectors; has excellent adhesive properties on all materials and can be used as a coating against aggressive chemicals and lubricants for gaskets, seals and O-rs in rubber and plastic. Excellent resistance to most chemicals with a broad operating temperature range, reduced vapor pressure, low volatility, water resistance, chemical resistance to acetone, ethanol, ethylene, glycerol and methanol. Meets the following standards: DIN 51502: MSI3S-40. NLGI 3. -40°C/+200°C. LGA Nuernberg Authorization. DIN DVGW N Authorization NG-516BL0482. KTW approval, recommended for D2-type seals.

Silicone release agents OKS 1361
1631 is an effective parting agent and lubricant with anti-static properties. It is chemically neutral and solvent-free release agent used in plastic injection moulding or elastomer extrusion processes. 1361 creates a sliding film for joining materials such as plastic/plastic and plastic/metal, for example to make it easier to insert rubber profiles. It can be used as a mould release agent and for temperatures of up to +200°C. It provides excellent lubrication for threads on closures for pressurized steel oxygen cylinders at temperatures up to a maximum of 60°C and pressures of up to 15 bar.

Universal greases LTEC MULTIGREASE MP
MULTIGREASE MP are excellent quality, multipurpose greases based on lithium hydroxysterate with EP characteristics. These greases can be used for the lubrication of flat or rolling bearings, industrial, construction, road machinery and, in general, when operating conditions with high speeds, high temperatures and the presence of water occur at the same time. They have excellent resistance to oxidation and exceptional mechanical stability; they do not soften or harden even if exposed to heavy exercise loads for a long time.
The product is designed to be used with J4165 air pumps, available on page J.37 up to NLGI 2 viscosity grade.
